Director, Head Coach – Bsc Hons Sport Science, Level 3 PT, Pre and Post Natal, Group Ex (8 years’ experience)
From the age of 10, I competed as a national swimmer. I battled an unhealthy relationship with food and my weight, which sadly lead to a vicious circle of an eating disorder, which eventually affected my female health. After studying Sports and Exercise Science at University, I soon realised my passion laid within helping people to overcome battles with food and training. After qualifying as a personal trainer, I realised that I could not only help people with their physical results, but getting to know them on a personal level, I could also help with state of mind.
I've had many ups and downs over the years. I competed on stage in fitness modelling three times, which took me from a size 14 to an 8 and back to a 12. I've recovered from amenorrhea, had a miscarriage and gave birth to beautiful baby girl. It took strength I didn't know I had to overcome my demons, but I have found happiness within myself. Our ethos not only achieves sustainable results, we educate our clients so the results are long term and life is to be enjoyed. Be kind to your body and your body will be kind to you.
I work with online clients all over the world who each have personal goals and challenges to overcome. Whether it be an eating disorder, weight loss, weight gain or wanting to find happiness and build a healthier lifestyle. We celebrate all progress, however big or small. It's not always about the physical results, but the mental aspects are as equally important.
In the years myself and Ray have been together (now married), we have grown year after year and so has our passion for our clientele. We are striving to create a community by making fitness fun. Our ethos educates our clients on how they can achieve sustainable results with long term lifestyle changes.

After spending the first 7 years of my working life as an accountant, I realised it wasn’t for me. So shortly after meeting Jordan, I completed my Personal Training qualifications. I remember look of worry on my parents face when I told them I was going to become a full time Personal Trainer. However, this career path has been so much more rewarding for me.
As a young lad, football was my life! I played up to the age of 16 when I was offered a semi-professional contract. By this time though my focus had switched to golf.
My own training style started out focusing on bodybuilding, due to competing in a number of competitions, but this lifestyle is unsustainable. I now focus more on physical performance, using fitness and endurance training, Crossfit, circuits, Tabata to name a few.

Ever since I was young, dance and fitness has always been a part of my life. From a very young age, I participated in cross country, basketball, swimming, gymnastics and dance... Whatever it may be, I was always finding ways to stay active. I started dancing at the age of 5, and I then went on to train at Rambert school of ballet and contemporary dance. This was where I gained my BA honours degree. Since graduating, I have had dance jobs around the county and I have always managed to fit the gym in, even on a day off.
Getting a career in dance is not easy, and it comes with injury. I was unable to dance due to a torn hamstring and that’s when I found my love for the gym. Once I became confident in my own training, I started to study in order to become a personal trainer. Straight away I was hooked, and I couldn’t get enough. I have a great passion for nutrition and fitness, and I love to strive for the best.
If you want to get in shape, whether it is just for yourself or for other sporting reasons, I am more than happy to help. I believe that everyone can reach the goals that they want to achieve with hard work and determination, and I will be there to motivate and encourage you throughout that journey. I want to share my knowledge with others so that they leave the gym with a smile on their face and a sense of achievement.

After spending 14 years of my working life as a personal assistant, I decided to take the plunge and step into the fitness industry. I qualified as a Level 3 Personal Trainer when I was 21 years old but didn’t have the confidence to pursue this as my full-time career. As a mum of two young children, I have gained so much life experience. The role of a coach allows me to combine my passion for fitness, wellbeing and help clients to overcome battles with food and training. I am so passionate about making clients build self-confidence and to believe in themselves.
From a young age I have had an unhealthy relationship with food. I have spent years being consumed in the restricting, binge cycle and have been guilty of overtraining, under-eating and various fad diets. I have used exercise as a tool to deal with many of life’s challenges including grief, stress and post-partum body issues. Exercising didn’t come naturally to me but over the years I have learn to love it, it is now part of my everyday lifestyle. With the guidance of a fantastic trainer, I found structure and learned to train effectively which in turn has given me long term results. I enjoy all aspects of training, particularly functional fitness, weight training, boxing and netball.
One area that is extremely important to me is helping others suffering with disordered eating. I have sought help from therapy to tackle these issues and I have finally achieved a good life balance. I would love to be able to share this journey and help educate clients to achieve sustainable results.
