Pair these meals with the daily home workouts and you will see results. The training plan keeps you accountable by providing a template for you to log your weight and measurements every 10 days (How-to guides included). It also includes a workout log for you to tick off as you complete the accompanying training program. We have created both male and female portions to suit all, including clear calorie counts for both.
